Satisfaction Guarantee

We at The Shrine set out to create the best quality travel bags, and we stand by our products and every one of our loyal customers. That is why every purchase on our site comes with a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you do not like the product for any reason, all you need to do is return the product within 30 days from the original purchase and we will refund your payment, minus a 15% restocking fee, and original shipping fees if you received a shipping promotion. You are responsible for all return shipping fees associated with your return.

If the product is not in its original condition, unfortunately, we can’t accept the return.

For the returned bag to be accepted it must be:

1) In new/unused condition

2) All tags/labels still on the bag

3) In all original packaging

If any of the above do not meet our criteria for a return, it’s best to find an alternative for your purchase. Please note, the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If it does, you will need an RMA/ASN from us to ship the return back. If the shipment does not have the RMA/ASN we cannot track the return with our warehouse and most likely becomes a lost product. Please attach the RMA/ASN to the package with your shipping label.
